Your information, handled thoughtfully.

A plain-language explanation of the information involved in browsing this website and choosing to contact CodeVibe Lab.

A simple, transparent approach

This notice explains how information is handled when you browse this CodeVibe Lab website or contact us about a project. The website is a static business site: there are no customer accounts, online checkout, public uploads or newsletter sign-ups.

When you browse

The hosting provider receives technical information needed to deliver the site, such as an IP address, requested page, browser details and connection logs. That information is handled under the hosting provider’s own policies. This version of the site does not intentionally add an advertising tracker, analytics service or marketing cookie.

Typography and website images are served as local site assets. DM Sans and Manrope are distributed under the SIL Open Font License; their notices are available with the DM Sans font and Manrope font.

When you contact us

If you choose to send a WhatsApp message, call or contact our Facebook profile, the information you provide can be used to discuss your enquiry, prepare an agreed proposal and communicate about your project. Please only include information relevant to that conversation.

The contact page’s brief builder assembles a message in your browser. It does not save your entry to a website database or submit it to CodeVibe Lab. Choosing the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with your draft; the message is sent only when you send it there.

Other websites

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps and live portfolio links take you to third-party services or client websites. Their privacy practices and cookies are governed by their own notices. The location card is a decorative preview, not an embedded Google Maps widget. CodeVibe Lab’s website does not control those external pages.

Your questions and requests

Contact CodeVibe Lab on 0312 1395583 via WhatsApp if you have a question about information you have shared with us or want to request a correction or removal. Any applicable record-keeping obligations will be considered when responding.

Changes to this notice

If website features or the way information is handled changes, this notice should be updated to match. Any new analytics or enquiry service should be reviewed before it is enabled.
